The case was heavily investigated and Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox, in his report released September 30, 2010 concluded that the FBI agents involved in the fatal shooting acted in self-defense and therefore their \u201cuse of deadly force &#8230; was legally justified.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CAIR-MI filed a lawsuit on October 6, 2010 against the Wayne  County Sheriff for denying case-related Freedom of Information Act  (FOIA) requests submitted by CAIR-MI. CAIR-MI also requested Judiciary Committee Chair Rep.
